10 Must-Have Fit and Healthy Finds

My post on the 21-Day Fix has been one of my most popular posts. Why is the 21-Day Fix is so popular right now? Well, it works! But it isn’t just that. The reason the 21-Day Fix is so popular is because it isn’t a fad diet. It’s popular right now, sure. Though there isn’t really anything new here. It is just plain old healthy eating. So why use the 21-Day Fix? Because it kicks you in the pants and reminds you that you weren’t really eating as healthy as you thought you were! {Oops} I’m telling you, I really can’t say enough good things about it.

Why am I really here though? I thought it would be fun to do a little round-up of some of my favorite healthy products. The best part? You don’t even have to go anywhere! You can just have them shipped right to your door. Which will give you more time to workout! Or chase your kids around. Either way.

Let’s get to it!

1. The 21-Day Fix. I really don’t need to say more about this. It simply works. It’s like having your own personal nutritionist…which is great, because I certainly don’t have time to go see one!

2. MRM Protein Powder. I’ve mentioned before that I’m really not a protein powder kind of girl. This one has converted me. It is such a convenient way for me to have a healthy, quick snack. I just love it! My favorite way to drink it? In my Chocolate Banana Protein Shake!

3.  Vintage Mason Jar Tumbler Mug. Just in case you want to take your protein shake to go! Which I do often.

4. Sweetleaf Liquid Stevia. One of my favorite breakfasts is a yogurt bowl. I love using plain greek yogurt. It’s packed with protein and does not have added sugar. I do like just a bit of sweetness though. This liquid stevia is great, I just add a few drops and I’m good to go!

5. Sunbutter. It’s rather amazing that my family can go through this much Sunbutter, but we do! It’s a great, nutritious way to add some healthy fat into your diet. We eat it in everything from smoothies to granola bars. Or just as a dip for gluten-free pretzels.

6. Steel Cut Oats. It’s no secret that I am a huge oatmeal fan! Steel cut oats are my fave…I could eat them every day. Which is a pretty healthy habit if you ask me:-)

7. Bento Box Lunch Containers.  These are perfect for packing healthy lunches. Built-in portion control!

8. Blender Bottle. I love my Vitamix for protein shakes and smoothies, but these work well too. They are super durable and make a great water bottle as well.

9. Healthy Cookbooks. It is so important to stay inspired when to comes to eating healthy. That could mean Pinterest, or stocking your bookshelf with beautiful healthy cookbooks. Either way, you will be motivated to eat nourishing foods!

10. Bikini Body Mommy. These are my favorite workouts right now (despite the fact that my goal is not to be in a bikini). You can get them totally free on YouTube! I am also wishing for an elliptical. A girl can dream, right?!
