Simple Strawberry Greek Yogurt Smoothie
Serves: 1-2
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 banana
- ¼ tsp stevia*
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend well.
- Enjoy!
Notes
Stevia is optional, but my kids like the little extra sweetness. You can use honey instead, or just omit all together if you are not using plain, unsweetended yogurt.
How about you? Do you make resolutions? What are your big goals for the year?!
Hi Becky! We are dairy free due to allergies, what do you think I can substitute for the yogurt?
Hi Teri! We have been dairy-free for years. My boys recently have been able to eat some yogurt, cheese, and butter. They are, much to my surprise, outgrowing their dairy allergy. It is a whole new world for them! Usually though, we use almond milk in our smoothies and I’m sure that would be delicious here. Happy New Year Teri!
I usually make smoothies for myself for breakfast, so this is a perfect recipe for me. You definitely can consider I will be trying it out. Thanks!
You will love it Thalia! Thanks for stopping by!
