I have so enjoyed bringing you my meal plans each week. They have inspired me to make new recipes and get more organized. However, now that the school year is upon us, I feel like I need to take a break from that series.
I thought about starting a new series, once-a-month freezer cooking goals? Maybe I’m in a post-surgery funk…I just can’t decide!
I do know that I still want to have time to bring you awesome recipes and homeschooling posts! So, for now, the meal plans go. My current strategy for my own meal planning is to write 3 or 4 weeks of plans, using our favorite meals, and then rotate them.
