This Healthy Almond Butter Banana Wrap is quickly becoming one of my favorite lunches. Would you like to know why? Well, let me tell you!

I love carbs. I really do. One of the things I am learning on the 21-Day Fix is that I was eating LOTS of carbs. Healthy carbs mind you. But they were still pushing out veggies and sometimes even protein in my diet! The great things about this wrap is that I can still get my carb fix without it being too many carbs. Currently, on the 21-day fix, I am eating two carbs per day. This is HARD for me. But not impossible! My current favorites are wraps, steel-cut oats, sweet potatoes, and brown rice. I eat this banana wrap almost every day. It’s the perfect way to kick my carb cravings!
- 1 whole grain wrap (there are lots of good ones out there - see below for my favorite!)
- 1 banana
- 2 teaspoons almond butter (or more if you like)
- Spread the almond butter on the wrap.
- Place banana on top.
- Wrap it up and enjoy!
You may already have a favorite wrap. If so, carry on. I have been buying Fit & Active Multi-Grain Flatbread from Aldi and really like them!
