Buckwheat Buttermilk Pancakes
These hearty and delicious buckwheat pancakes will keep you full all morning!
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together flours, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar.
  2. Add buttermilk and melted butter, mix well.
  3. On a griddle heated to medium heat, cook pancakes until bubbles form on surface. Flip and finish cooking. Repeat.
  4. Enjoy!
* To make dairy-free:
-substitute 1½ cups dairy-free milk mixed with 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar for the buttermilk.
-substitute coconut oil in place of the butter.
