5 Ingredient Healthy No-Bake Bars
These addicting little no-bake bars are fun and healthy.
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ⅔ cup nut or seed butter
  • ⅔ cup oat flour*
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  1. In a microwave safe glass bowl heat honey and sunflower seed butter, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Stir in oat flour.
  3. Press into an 8x8 pan.
  4. Place chocolate chips and coconut oil into a small microwave-safe dish. Heat, stirring often, until chocolate is melted. Don't overheat.
  5. Spread chocolate evenly over bar mixture.
  6. Refrigerate until firm. 1-3 hours, or overnight.
  7. Store, refrigerated, in an airtight container.
*Don't let the oat flour in these throw you. It is ridiculously easy to make. Just toss some rolled oats into the blender and give them a whirl.

{TIP} These bars will cut more cleanly by letting them rest at room temperature for about 10 minutes before cutting. If they are too cold the chocolate cracks a bit.
