One-Pan Sausage Pasta
A one-pan pasta dish that the whole family will love! Gluten-free.
  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 can (14-ounce) tomato sauce
  • 8 oz. dried gluten-free pasta (pick your fave!)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (more or less, to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (I use a mozzarella/parmesan mix)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  1. In an oven-proof skillet over medium heat, sauté sausage and onions until sausage is cooked through.
  2. Add garlic, sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add chicken stock, tomato sauce, dried pasta, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir.
  4. Cover and cook for 15 minutes, stirring once.
  5. When pasta is al dente, stir in sour cream.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Place skillet in oven and broil until cheese is brown and bubbly.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
