It’s June! It is now, at least in my book, summer! Bring on the heat! The swimming! The salads! I am not excited, at all. Can you tell? I know what you’re thinking. It’s just salad. But no! These are not ordinary salads, my friends. These are what I like to call LOADED salads. Meaning they are piled high with all sorts of delicious toppings. In my opinion, that is the way to eat a salad.
The greens are really just an ultra-nutritious vehicle for all sorts of other deliciousness. Kind of like pancakes are just a vehicle for butter and real maple syrup. No?
I have to tell you, I have personally made several of these salads and they are so, so good. You won’t even mind stuffing your face with all of that bunny food underneath. To the contrary, you are gonna LOVE it!

This is wonderful!!! All the salads look delicious! Posts like this one, and the meal plans, save me so much time! I just checked out your Pinterest boards, are they GF for the most part?
Hi Teri,
Yes!! It saves me time too;-)
My Pinterest boards are primarily gluten-free. Occasionally I will pin traditional recipes, but it is always something that is easily converted to gluten-free. For example, a pasta recipe that I just need to swap the wheat pasta out for gf pasta.
